Killing you softly...

with plenty of food!

The family and I tried out this House of Dumpling place nearby Queensbay. The place was pretty small with only like 14 tables inside and we had to wait almost half an hour before getting a table :S

Anyway, I would say it was worth the wait. The place offers a wide variety of Shanghai dishes and my favorite "siu long paus" :D :D :D dont think i've ever had any in Penang before and I was estatic when I heard that they have "siu long paus" :D

Let me make you hungry for some food :D

Table setting

The restaurant

Pot sticker, like the normal gyoza you can get in Jap restaurant

Mango cheese

Pokey mouse as they name it

And the signature dish, siu long paus!

Sui kow

Shanghai pan fried buns

Biting into the sio long pau, it's "juicy" inside! But I like the dry one better

BBQ roasted pastry, nice!

Cute looking siu long paus :D

Mango ball with almond

Dumpling with scallop

Prawn dumpling

Fish roe

Fried radish cake

Minced meat ramen - NICE!

I helped Zeus with a favor today and he treated me at this nice Japanese place :D

The place is located behind Northam Tower called Isaribi Tei. Simply LOVED the place! Love the ambience and the food was fabolous!

The deco

Even the table deco looks great!

Grilled salmon belly! Nicer than the one in Sushi King, a whole LOT MORE!

Chigarishi, I didnt take this coz it was all raw :P

My super tasty Kimuchi rice! A must try!

Grilled salmon, TAASSTTTYYY!! Dont be deceived by the "normal looking" appearance. The best salmon I've had so far I think :$

Damn.. I'm missing the food already :(

To tlp:

Pls show some respect to this blogs' readers, more so to this blogger. Time and again she's requested that u refrain from putting up vulgar comments, yet u persist.

If you're in such a PT stage as I imagined, I would suggest that u start a PT-themed blog ... explore fully your PT creativity there and not "waste" it like leaving pot-shot PT comments here.

Comments here are moderated before publish; please don't take for granted your privilege to leave comments.

Thank you.

beh tahan,

thanks for highlighting this, let's hope TLP will keep his comments PT free the next time round =)

beh tahan,
I really beh tahan already with you who is such a coward anonymous blog reader. Look who you are talking to, moron. Don't assume that I don't have a PT blog (http://press-testicles.blogspot.com/) until you ask around first. So next time please do your homework before you even open your mouth :P If you don't like PT so much, why did you visit Alice Jam Nirvana Garden (by Foo Chee Chiau/Goh Liap Leng) in the first place? Left comments there some more. Foo Chee Chiau = Goh Liap Leng = Teh Lum Pah =P Now you know who you are talking to!

I fully support tlp because he is innocent from my point of view. beh tahan didn't really need to go that far by directing a personal insulting message to tlp in this blog. If beh tahan is trying to be a hero to all the blog readers of willyyilly, I would suggest that he just keeps quiet and be a gentleman. I challenge beh tahan to prove that he's not a coward in this fair blogging world by apologising to tlp publicly in this blog comment page.

Sharon,
I think you are too selfish to show your biased care for an anonymous stranger like beh tahan more than someone like tlp who has been your friend all this while. Please do something before your friendsCounter -= 1;
